Randy was saved at Longstreet Baptist Church during the first week in July in 1980. He
had the privilege to be baptized by his own father that week. In July 1989, at Brookwood
Baptist Church, Randy told his calling to preach during the Friday night youth service. He
fought his calling for just over a year when he yielded to the call of God. Brother Randy
was licensed to preach the gospel at Longstreet Baptist Church in August 1989. Shiloh
Baptist Church in Norcross, GA was led to call Brother Randy as their pastor in the fall of
1991. As a result, Brother Richards was ordained at Brookwood Baptist Church to the full
work of the Ministry on October 20, 1991. A Year after leaving Shiloh in 1994, his current
church Mt. Pisgah, called him as their pastor in August of 1995.
Randy is blessed with a lovely family. He is married to Angie and has three kids, Kayla, Jon
and Julie.
